Accountable for all proposal phases in response to
Federal Government and State Agency competitive,
set aside, and sole source Request for Proposals (RFPs) from
beginning stage through final production.

Specialize in logistics, information technology
security, and network infrastructure.

Establish and monitor proposal
schedules and ensure development and completion of high quality proposal
products.

Lead large teams (10-20) of proposal
developers, graphic designers, business development managers, capture
managers, pricing analysts, and contract managers in pursuit of a $1B
pipeline of IT, engineering, science, logistics, maintenance, and
technology opportunities across eight subsidiary companies.

Actively manage multiple concurrent
opportunities, including simultaneous pursuit of numerous must-win
corporate priority targets.

Proficient user of numerous Customer
Relationship Management (CRM), Content Management System (CMS), Enterprise
Resource Planning (ERP), and other enterprise-scale business application
platforms, including Salesforce, Deltek GovWin, Privia, and SharePoint
implementations.

Extensive process design,
implementation, and continuous improvement experience including proposal
process engineering development, and development of unified multi-division
performance metrics.
Proposal Process
·
Standardize the approach to proposal management per the
industry standard Shipley process.
·
Obtain a foundation of proposal elements prior to RFP
release.
·
Begin a 25 step process upon release with benchmarks
including kickoff meetings, status calls, color team reviews, and recovery
periods.
·
Tactical development, coordination, and implementation of corporate, group, business unit, and cost
center planning in pursuit of corporate priority and breakout
opportunities, augmented with detailed proposal analysis, segment-tailored
market research, and aggressive thresholds.
·
Process elements include tracking and maintaining growth
and metrics, ensuring timely delivery of a fully compliant proposal.
